Global Genes is a leading rare disease patient advocacy organization. Rare Diseases track involves an a phenom mobile application release to track participants called Recogynz. This app was developed to provide an accessible tool to assist healthcare practitioners in the identification of facial features that are associated with rare disorders. Hackers will get to play with iterations of this program and come up with other apps/usages of such technology. Rare Diseases is a HIGH PRIORITY at the NIH and one of the most well-funded areas of healthcare endeavors!
