How do you keep the ideas that have been shared protected from the others who might be willing to pick up the idea and run with it?
Hey Spencer,
Good question — there’s a great saying by Derek Sivers that “ideas are just a multiplier of execution.” It’s all about the work you and your team put into converting the idea into a viable reality that matters. However, if you’re really apprehensive about sharing your idea at the event, it’s fine to keep it under wraps and help develop and work on someone else’s idea over the course of the weekend. Hope that helps!
Will parking be validated at the MIT Medical lot for those of us who’re coming from out of town?
Rich, I got an email saying that we can park for free in the MIT Medical Parking lot, which I assume means no permit necessary. Maybe this is due to the weekend. Hope this helps.
Will the pitches on Sunday (or any other portion of the weekend) be open to the public, as they were at the Blue Button Innovation Challenge last month?
Thanks!
